Choose from a one-day workshop to a full-on intensive weekend, set in the heart of the historic fishing quarter of Hastings Old Town.
Located next to Hastings’ fishing fleet and the iconic fisherman’s net huts, you will also enjoy a plentiful supply of fresh-off-the-boat seafood. Here you can draw inspiration from around you and share your work in a supportive atmosphere. Our courses also offer arresting escape, far away from the bustle of your busy life, and in the privacy of a unique kitchen and setting. Above all, we aim to find you your own voice and style. And, if you can’t make it to Hastings, we also offer one-day courses at our spacious warehouse apartment in Shoreditch, London’s coolest destination.

Having also worked as a chef, food editor and magazine creative director, Alastair Hendy is widely recognised as having an all-encompassing professional expertise in all areas that make up food publishing.
